28.10.21: Last minute ‘prep’ before Winter Planting.

So  some ‘little’ jobs have been done today…….the final ‘harvesting’ of various plants destined to be rehomed from the gorgoeus blue towers (locals Irene and Ian now have some of the varigated succulents). The Griselinia shrubs have had  their first ‘hair cut’  and the important top up of compost and  watering prior to planting tomorrow has been done. Griselinias got a haircut.

Marvellous Mike, our waterer.

Topping up the compost.

Tim Boyce and his team have recycled the ‘tower’ plants and renewed the compost in preparation for them being planted next week and the Exmouth in Bloom teams are all ready for an early delivery from Boyces of Manstree, at the Wavy bed base, in the morning.

All is quiet on the  South western front, (though rain is forecast!)
