Exmouth in Bloom needs your help
Exmouth in Bloom is keen to keep the town looking its floral best for both residents and visitors. In order to raise additional funds to help pay for the flowers and plants we have a Friends of Exmouth in Bloom Scheme.
The Friends Group was originally launched by past Committee Member Linda Dennis in March 2011 with the aim of raising £10,000. This target was achieved in 2016 and is still rising as a result of an ever-increasing membership.
In 2022 the Friends group had a magnificent 165 members and 9 commercial / businesses join, raising £2360. With the continued support of the community we are hoping to raise even more by the end of 2023.
Since 2011 a total of over £21,000 has now been raised by the Friends Group Scheme. This is a remarkable achievement and our thanks go to the community of Exmouth and beyond for the wonderful support.
Friends membership is £5.00 a year for a personal membership or £10.00 a year for a group or business. ‘Friends’ receive 3 newsletters throughout the year.
Application forms to join our Friends Group can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office in The Strand, Exmouth Town Library and Kings Garden Centre. You can also download a Membership form here.
