We finished off the Wild flower patch and the Dead Hedge for Beetles Project in the nick of time before the rains came. Elaine and Richard detoured from the Marine Way workparty to clear the strip of land behind the Beetle Hedge and watered it using all the water from the water butt in that area. Marion then got the call to bring down some chitted wild flower seed, ( the last of the seed given to us by Wild Exmouth) to sow. Since then it has rained steadily, so we are hoping for a lovely show by July’s judging. So there you have it Wild Flower Patch and Beetle Hedge project complete!
