Two groups of excited children from Littleham C of E Primary School and Marpool Primary School, gathered at Kings Garden and Leisure recently, to receive wonderful hampers containing garden goodies and tokens from Kings as their prizes for good gardening.
Littleham won the Best Vegetable Plot
and Marpool won the Cup for the Best Garden overall
Karen Turner from Birds and Bees also presented both schools with bags from the Barn Owl Trust with colourful gardening tools inside, for their efforts in encouraging, protecting and preserving wildlife in their gardens.
