EDDC’s Green Spaces Officer, Russell Gibblett organised for 3000 plus bulbs to go into the newly manure-topped and replanted Beach Gardens borders on the seafront. Exmouth in Bloom answered the call for help and 9 Bloom volunteers got their trowels into action alongside EDDC gardeners. This is a lovely venue and a treat for us to work here. We planted 3 varieties of Narcissi and several spectacular varieties of Aliums in amongst the new salt-tolerant planting and the established Stipas. So watch this space come the Spring and Summer!
