August’s end of the month work party centred on the Sensory Garden. It is having a little flowering rest period right now but if you come back in a couple of weeks, it will be bursting with colour again. The late flowering perennials are just about to bloom and all the sunflowers and sedums are coming along well. Amazingly, the wild flower borders are also beginning to come into flower again as well!
Great work weeding, tidying, edging, planting, sweeping, staking and tying up. Les came back to mow later in the afternoon. So all is now spic and span. Thank you to everyone who came to help today. Good to finish up with a social cuppa in the Pavilion Cafe too.
