The picnic benches, in the Sensory Garden are made from recycled plastic. They were damaged by someone putting a disposable barbecue on the table top which melted the plastic and left ugly scars on the surface. However Gillie Newcombe from Exmouth Art Group who is also one of our Bloom volunteers, has transformed the damage into something beautiful as you can see.
