Summer Planting Day went as perfectly as it had been planned. 33 of our wonderful volunteers took part. A small team arrived ready for our grower Simon Boyce of Manstree Nurseries to deliver at 7.30. The plants were sorted into their respective beds, borders and planters ready for the planting teams to arrive from 8.30am. It always astounds us how our volunteers just locate their allocated planting plan and plants and off they go.
All done by 10.30 ready for the children to arrive to begin their planting sessions with us.
Thank you to you all for your excellent work .
