The sun shone for the first Spring Seminar since Covid struck and over a hundred ‘bloomers’ from all over the South West gathered excitedly in the beautiful little fishing village of Beer, for a full day of brilliant talks, question and answer sessions and swopping of notes. The previous day Graham and Marion attended the Training Day with a view to becoming S.W. in Bloom Judges and they were able to get some in-depth knowledge by doing a supervised mock judging of Beer main street, down to the beach, which they are sure will benefit Exmouth’s Britain in Bloom entry this year.
Many thanks to Beer in Bloom, who hosted the event at The Mariners Hall, The Dolphin Hotel, for the wonderful meals and to the S.W. in Bloom Committee members who organised the event.
