We are almost there. Tomorrow Exmouth is being judged by Jon Wheatley and Melissa Poole so all the last minute preparations have been done this week alongside all the evening watering teams going out keeping our displays all over town alive. We have been grateful for the recent heavy showers too but we have to admit it’s been a struggle and a battle with the heat but our volunteers have turned out to help at every calling and are still smiling. We applaud and thank you all so very much.
We know the town looks good. We cannot count the numbers of people, especially visitors who have stopped to comment on how beautiful the flowers are, what joy they bring and how they lift the spirits…… and please could Exmouth in Bloom move to wherever they come from and how lucky Exmouth is to have us.
So the last two workparties went to differenet parts of the route to do the last “tweaks” and we now look forward to a wonderful Judging day on Tuesday. We will show Exmouth at its best with much pride.
Thank you to everyone who makes Exmouth in Bloom the outstanding group that it is.
