By golly it was hot today, but it was well worth the effort. 10 of us this morning. What a team! Strand is looking clean, tidy and weed free. The Dino beds have been edged, the troughs watered ( thanks Adam from EDDC ….. and to Bill) and the crisp leaves ( due to lack of rain since April) dropping from the Ginko trees have been raked up, though we are sure there will be more coming down! Some delightful characters stopped by too.
A Happy Birthday to Diane Love ……and massive thanks to the wonderful mystery person who left a donation with Poppy and Rich for us Bloomers to have a drink this morning. Iced coffee was popular!
