Congratulations go to Exmouth in Bloom’s 100th ‘Friend’ of the year, Joy Penberthy. Joy maintains the long border at the Madiera Bowls Club so it seemed appropriate for the surprise presentation of her certificate and life membership to take place there. The Mayor, Councillor Steve Gazzard joined a number of committee members to present the award. Joy was indeed surprised and very pleased of course!
