The Spring sunshine has brought the daffodils on the seafront into flower. They are the Narcissus ‘February Gold’ variety. They are about 30cms high so that their stems cope with the wind better. The Ocean carpet bed is thriving with its ‘green manure’ plants flourishing and slowly the bulbs that we planted in the ‘Creating a Buzz’ beds back in November are beginning to poke their heads up.
