What a glorious situation and the sun shone for Sharon’s fantastic Table Top Sale with friends, neighbours, cyclists and dog walkers stopping by to support Exmouth in Bloom. Right from the start at 10.00am. the stall was busy.
The preserves team had made a stock of over 200 jars of Marmalade and Jams and Chutneys from donated produce. Over 100 jars were sold on the day. Volunteers, Jackie and Carol, had made masks which flew off the table, especially the ones in Christmas themed material! Melanie donated some of her wonderful paintings on card, canvases and slates for us to sell.
Our thanks go to everyone who helped to make the day such a success. £941 in total was raised in sales and with public generosity of donations too. £138.8 was taken on the card reader alone……a great addition to our sales.
Two people also signed up as new Volunteers! We look forward to getting to know them soon.
Our next Table Top Sale (weather permitting) will be on Saturday 3rd October, in the Brixington area of Exmouth.
