The final clearing of planters was brought forward a day due to heavy rain being forecast yet again, but a team of 12 volunteers arrived ready for action and we soon had our planters in Manchester Road, The Strand and The Magnolia Centre emptied. We even had time left to do a spot of tidying in the Dino. Paddocks.
A number of people came along to collect plants for their gardens and we received donations totalling an amazing £70 which included a generous donation from the RAFA Club, Wings Bar.
Yet another great morning’s work. (Carlos has a lovely way with all animals by the way!)
