Yesterday, a few volunteers met for a mini workshop to make greenery sprays ( swags) to decorate the railings around the beautiful Strand Xmas Tree, (generously donated by Kings Garden and Leisure to the town) and make it look more festive.
we used Laurel, Holly, Ivy, Rosemary, Pittisiporum and Leylandii all bound together with twine.
The lovely wooden bows were made for us by one of our talented committee members, Bill, at Men’s Shed Exeter.
The Great Light Switch-on will be held on 3rd December at Exmouth Winter Festival
