A pop-up workparty was called for the final daffodil bulb planting and for some wonderful plants, generously donated by Michelle of Garden Friends East Devon fame, to be homed. Despite the deteriorating weather conditions, a total of 12 volunteers arrived in waterproof gear to get the job done before storm Arwen hit the South West of England.
Job done in just over an hour. What a magnificent team! BOOM!
Bulbs were planted in groups all around the garden area.
The beautiful new plants were put in the border behind one of the seating areas.
The Rockery area got some attention too.
