As there was no Britain in Bloom judging in 2020 the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) decided to award certificates recognising the wonderful and inspiring work that groups have continued doing during this difficult year. Exmouth in Bloom will be holding an official presentation and recognition ceremony as soon as we are allowed, but meanwhile here are the details. Congratulations and very well done to all concerned.
