I know this was 4 years ago but it is a lovely memory of times when Exmouth in Bloom entered, as a walking group, in the annual Exmouth Illuminated Carnival, (sadly cancelled this year of course). This particular year 2016 we won the shield as Bloomin’ Gardening Gnomes. Nuts but marvellous!
