Exmouth’s Strand continues to look stunning in its Autumnal colours, this exceptionally mild November, with the Town Council flower-filled towers, Exmouth in Bloom’s four-tiered black towers, the viola and pansy-filled hanging baskets outside The Merchant and the beautiful leaves turning colour on the trees. We are certainly so fortunate to live in this wonderful town.
