We are devastated to announce the passing of a very special lady, Exmouth in Bloom’s President, Pat Graham MBE.
Pat was a volunteer ‘Bloomer’ almost from the outset in Exmouth in 1971, winning her MBE for services, involving ‘Bloom’ gardening in the Exmouth Community. She also served as Mayor of Exmouth. Pat was an incredible and courageous lady who we loved and admired and we have been proud that she has not only been our President but also our friend and colleague. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this sad time.
