Had to pop down to town and caught Simon Boyce of Manstree Nurseries, planting up our 3 Celebration Reservoir Planters outside the Station. Simon is very skilled at using plants that will flower successively right through til October. So here is our colour scheme for this year ‘Friuty Brights’ lots of orange, lemon, cherry, raspberry, blueberry and more.
Looking great already but will be even better in the weeks to come.
P.S. Simon and his team make up their own peat-free compost and add slow release fertiliser and water-retaining granules to the mix.
