What a lovely occasion…
As numbers indoors were still somewhat limited on Judging Day we decided to hold a special ‘thank you’ for ALL our Volunteers with a Cream Tea at Withycombe Rugby Club. It was a terrific success with 45 people attending. The scones and cakes were all home made by members of the Committee. As we have had 18 new volunteers join us since lockdown it was also decided to give them an information power point presentation about the history, development and work of Exmouth in Bloom so that they would have a greater understanding. Our display boards from Judging day were also on view. The Volunteers were all blown away with what we have achieved (in the last 4 years especially) and are really proud to feel part of the Team that is Exmouth in Bloom. 
Sharon brought chutney and marmalade to for people to buy and Marion F made knitted pencil tops which all sold like hot cakes!
