Following the success in winning Gold, along with the Michael McGahey trophy for Exceptional Community Effort last year. Exmouth in Bloom Volunteers are hard at work preparing for this year’s visit by South West in Bloom judges, Christine Fraser and Derek Beer,
Ahead of the judges visit on July 16th, Exmouth in Bloom, who have been helped enormously in its preparations, by Exmouth Town Council, EDDC Streetscene Dept., Kings Garden and Leisure and Wilson’s Paints, is asking for the public’s help again to get the town looking its best.
Vice Chairman, Marion Drew said “ We would be most grateful if you could, for example, pick up litter, sweep, wash or weed the pavement outside your business or home, plant a few flowers in a dull corner, or tend a neglected verge?
All these things require just a little effort but if lots of people did their part then together they would make a huge difference”.
