Exmouth Brownies and Rainbows were invited to enter Exmouth in Bloom’s painting competition with the theme ‘Flowers for the Queen’. The entries are displayed in the window of the Fountain Café, Chapel Hill. Rainbow winner Emily Coombes and Brownie winner Holly Bell were presented with their prizes on Saturday 30 July.
