On 16 November,15 Bloom volunteers planted a variety of hardy Mediterranean perennials in the bed alongside the roundabout in Marine Way.
The plants were sourced from Urban & Rural Plants (Matford) and Graham Bell designed the layout.
The fish are a hard act to follow but we hope this different look will appeal too.
