We had October’s Repair Cafe stalls indoors and out, catching passing trade with freshly picked, organically grown, eating apples and Marmalade, Damson Jam and Chutney to make anyone’s mouth water. At the end of the morning and after a yummy bacon roll from the Repair Cafe kitchen, we headed off to meet more ‘Bloomers’ (a warm welcome to new volunteer Linda), to clear the big Wavy bed and the planters in Imperial and Manchester Roads.
