Prep work for winter planting

Early October and the Exmouth in Bloom team have been busy in the sunshine preparing the wavy bed and boats along Marine Way for the addition of winter colour.  We combed the Stipa plants, trimmed the Osteospermums and created space for new plants.  The boats were also tidied up.

We will be sad to see the gorgeous barrier troughs taken away for the winter months.  They are still a riot of colour having been given plenty of tlc by Linda, one of our volunteers, all summer.

Thank you Simon and Tim Boyce for the spectacular planting and Linda for your dedication.
