The nine planters in Manchester Road, sponsored by The Grapevine, have undergone a transformation and been re-painted by Exmouth in Bloom volunteers in fabulously shiny black.
Our thanks go to Wilsons for the rust treatment and the paint. The new summer bedding will look wonderful in them next month.
