Exmouth won a gold award at South West in Bloom’s presentation ceremony on Sept 24th at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth.
We are absolutely delighted to have maintained the RHS gold standard, and would like to thank the team that enabled us to achieve it: the committee members and helpers, Exmouth Town Council, Mike Vine (EDDC) and Streetscene, Friends and sponsors. It’s a brilliant team effort.
Six neighbourhoods were assessed on a scale from 1 “establishing” to 5 “outstanding”. The results were level 3 “developing” for Camperdown Terrace, The Hollows, and Rolle College Corner, and level 4 “thriving” for Blooming Bicton Street, Brixington Improvement Group, and Littlemead. Congratulations to all these gardeners.
