Mike Vine, who recently retired from the EDDC Parks and Garden Department after 50 years of service, was presented with a Friends of Exmouth in Bloom Lifetime Membership Certificate as a thank you for all the help he has given to Exmouth in Bloom over many years. His dedication and expertise has helped us to win many South West and Britain in Bloom awards.
The certificate was presented to Mike by Jon Wheatley, Chairman of South West in Bloom and Gerry Bassett, Chairman of Exmouth in Bloom.
