Exmouth in Bloom are pulling out all the stops to get the town ready for SW in Bloom Judges, Jon Wheatley and Denise James’s visit on 10th July. Simon and Tim Boyce of Boyce’s Nursery, Manstree, have planted up all the forty blue towers in Exmouth, the troughs and baskets have arrived and the Waterwheel is in the throes of being renovated. It’s ALL GO.
