Brand new Exmouth in Bloom volunteers were warmly welcomed to our first workparty of the year. Elaine briefed and led the team who got stuck into pruning back the buddleia bed in the Strand and weeding and tidying the flower filled troughs. Chairman Gerry ( still on crutches after her Knee replacement) dropped by to give them a special welcome too.
Les soon got everyone laughing and Carlos, Linda T, Jill, Val and Sheila soon got down to work as you can see. What a great asset these new volunteers will be to our Bloom team and Val, Jill and Carlos even had time to join the Dino paddock team for more work, before heading home.
