A short-notice pop-up work party was needed to rehome some plants into The Triangle and The Verge and to pull out frost damaged and old agapanthus leaves from the Wavy Bed . 11 keen volunteers arrived, in glorious sunshine and guided by team leaders, Sheila, Elaine and Marion worked their magic. Sharon our EiB Secretary, stopped by in her wheelchair to welcome some of the new members of the team and Doug at The Strand Inn made us all coffee towards the end of the morning’s work. Huge thanks to everyone who helped us weed, dig, plant, water, generally tidy and most of all laugh today.
