It was hard graft for the 11 volunteers who came to mid-month workparty. On the cards was the weeding and sweeping of Manchester Road ready for the new planters to be delivered this coming week. Not an easy task, but all done with positivity, good humour and the satisfaction of a job well done.
Big thanks to the lovely Tri Hards ladies who jogged by and then returned with cups of coffee and tea for us.
Had a good warm up at the end, with Sharon and our Mystery Man G joining us at The Powder Monkey for a cuppa.
