When volunteer Mary Anne offered her front garden space, right on the seafront, for a stall we jumped at the chance to sell some Christmas crafts, Preserves and holly swags to the many people who walk along the promenade.
We were honoured to once more have Town Crier and Mayor officially open the sale and were fortunate with the weather until midday, at which point we had to abandon the stall due to heavy rain. However an incredible £626 was raised in that short space of time and we plan to open the stall at the same venue again, on 12th Dec 10am-3pm (weather permitting), to sell the last of our festive creations. Thank you all the volunteers and to everyone who came to support the event.
